New Regulations and Potential Liability
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination has recently become the focus of the USEPA and emerging regulations could identify potential for new liability.
EnviroSure has experience dealing with PFAS at industrial facilities and can provide additional information and assistance to contaminated sites.
