Environmental Scientist / Geologist
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist or Geologist to add to our Pennsylvania team in West Chester. The position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing small business. The position offers a balance between field and office work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment projects primarily in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Support proposal preparation, subcontractor coordination, and budget/schedule adherence
- Coordinate project activities for site remediation projects with the client and project team
- Conduct fieldwork involving multi-media sampling including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion
- Conduct asbestos inspections, lead-based paint surveys, and indoor air quality/mold investigations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge of Mid-Atlantic state environmental regulations
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and computer skills
- Safe driving record
- Ability to work on a team as well as individually on task assignments
- Wetlands delineation experience (preferred but not required)
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER Certification
