Our President
Scott Smith, P.E., President
Scott
Smith, P.E. leads the
mission and operations of EnviroSure. Scott, a
graduate from Rutgers College of Engineering and
a
New Jersey native, has lived in West Chester,
Pennsylvania for the past nine years with his wife
Sharon. With over 10 years of experience in the
environmental industry, Scott launched EnviroSure
to
create a business completely attuned to the needs
of
clients acquiring and redeveloping commercial and
industrial real estate.

During environmentally challenging brownfield
redevelopment projects, EnviroSure collaborates closely with
its clients to develop the most cost-effective solution. The company responds quickly to evaluate environmental
liability during the limited due diligence phase of property
transfer.
Scott has a long history of being committed
to the environmental concerns of individuals as well as
communities. In his hometown of West Chester, PA, he has
organized teams of volunteers to rebuild local parks and
protect environmental concerns. He is currently serving on
a four-year term as a Councilman for the Borough of West
Chester.
His
commitment to a quality, balanced life is reflected in
EnviroSure’s commitment to attracting the best employees
in
the industry by creating a family-oriented work
environment. “At EnviroSure, our business model is
completely different than our competitors. We offer six
weeks of vacation for full-time employees, allowing
employees to spend more time with their families and live
balanced
lives,” says Scott. In addition to his passion for
environmental work, Scott also enjoys walking, playing
saxophone, painting, spending time with his wife and daughter,
and
restoring their historical home.
